We never charge you for statute compliance updates nor any application upgrades. We hold free UserGroup meetings and ThinkTanks where users dictate our ongoing application development.
The VADAR®Upgrades program is free to all our municipal clients, and includes the following:
· Client-driven software development fostered through our UserGroups, ThinkTanks, and Round Table Panels
· All conference, UserGroup, ThinkTank, and Round Table meetings are no cost
· We support and warrant our products to be state and federal statute compliant on an on-going basis at no cost
· All product enhancements and upgrades are included within the maintenance/support costs
· No per diem charges for on-site support
