Where is training conducted for each package?
We offer two options for training, either at your site or at our office. Most clients prefer to have training conducted on-site, immediately following installation. Same-day install & training makes the most efficient use of time. Most clients start using our applications - 100% - on the day of install.
Typical costs are provided within all price quotes. You may be interested to know that the company has never billed a client for implementation training over and above the costs outlined in the contract. We know that the better our users are trained the easier they are to support.
Who performs the training?
Training is usually done by the same individual(s) who support(s) you after the training is completed. This helps develop a level of understanding of your processes and also makes future support more efficient and easier for all involved.
