How do you support your software?
Every client, regardless of the number of applications they license, is assigned an Account Manager to support them after installation. If you have a question, you call in asking for an individual - not a help desk - so you never have to explain to someone who you are, what you license, what version it is, what your problem is, and who you talked to the last time you called.
How do I know I won’t end up training the support staff?
Our support organization is broken into teams. Our Senior Account Managers and Product Group Leaders have held municipal positions in many of the offices our applications support. They speak the same language you do, and have dealt with the same statutes and issues you deal with. Our support staff has been with the company for an average of over 5 years.
