• Full bill runs or individual account printing can take place in your office on plain or perfed paper on conventional laser printers; clients can also export the file through a standard email to an outside supplier to print bills for you
• Mortgagee payment processing and bank payment reporting is a snap
• Payments, abatements, exemptions, rescinded refunds, transfers to tax lien, and transfers to delinquency are easily handled within the applications
Sophisticated Auditing and Reporting Capabilities
• Every transaction has an audit trail. If necessary, you can make corrections to prior errors or enter subsequent activity, but it will always have an audit trail

Client Controlled Button By Button Security
• The client assigns each user’s level of access to the application on a “button by button” basis. It is set up, controlled, and modified “real time” by you. Some users can have look up capability, some can have editing capability, and some cannot get into the application at all. You decide and change access at any time, at your office
